I've been billed for...

I've been billed for a phone i lost and claimed for they assured me that my policy was canceled in April 2023 ... Its still active and I'm still billed for a phone i don't have and was lost in 2021.. Now in order for my debt to be cleared i am forced to pay 1000 then my cellphone insurance will be cancel and I will be creditor and not paid back the money and this don't make cents ... Dont take vodacom cellphone insurance ! Period
