Incompetence HR

Hi my name is Charlotte Lisa. I have been enquiring about my pension fund application which was submitted last month on the 10th of June and I have not received any notification as I have been calling and sending emails to I've been getting different stories. All I want to know is how far is my application the last consultant from HR I spoke to Mbali said she will do a follow up. 3 weeks after when I call Alexander Forbes They have not received any forms submitted from Smollan. Smollan HR members are slow and has very poor services when it comes to pension funds. My EE no is 113301. The service I received is poor and tedious.
