i was unfairly dismissed

Smollan sales and Marketing is one company i wish i had never worked at,they treat people like **** so i took them to the CCMA and they told me that they always win cases and i will lose without a cent when you work in fridges they do not give a damn about your health,their HR always lie in order to get ahead,they said they will not settle for anything when i took them to the CCMA claiming that they do not have money.
