I complained about their product and there is gentleman by the name of Owen Morgan emailing me without any joy from the company. I did advise them to email me as I'm at work and can't take calls but Owen states they tried calling also its funny there was no miss calls. They are clearly waiting for my 1 year purchase guarantee to finish then say they can not help. Mr Owen said they are going to repair the chairs yet pictures show that are not repairable. Terrible company and terrible service and quality.
