Human Resource Bad Service

I have resigned from the company on the 29th September 2017 and to my surprise after a month I called Human Resources to ask about Provident Fund Claim and I was told I am still active on the smollan HR system and I will only be terminated in October 2017 and that has made a provident Fund turn around time to delay as the claim was processed late .

Even today I have not yet received the money and when you call HR you speak to different people who talk different things .

I am highly disappointed in the way they handle things.
