HR services/ UI19 forms and confirmation letter of employment 2013 to 2023

Good Day, I'm writing here as an unhappy ex-employee of Smollan. I first started working for the company back in 2013 until my dismissal in 2023. I upp**** for my uif, but I couldn't get all the documents from the company needed at labour department. Fortunately I got employed by another company in October 2023 until I got dismissed in October 2024. I went back to the department of labour. I was again asked for the same documents Smollan couldn't provide previously. Can someone please shake up the HR department at Smollan, because those people seems clueless of what they are doing or they just don't care.

I'll wait for the response if I should give more detail on this subject or what avenue to follow 🤔
