Disgusting Product and Even Worse Complaints Resolution - I would give it no rating, unfortanely I am not allowed to.

Bought 4 six pack yoghurts. All the strawberry flavours were runny. Checked due date, and this was in order. Called customer service, only to have to practically beg for a refund of sorts. Kaelin says to me, ' Ok, thanks for letting us know, we will investigate'. He had to be told by a team leader that he should issue me with a voucher! I was advised I would get a voucher within 7 to 10 working days. After 13 days, nothing received. Called them again and to be advised it was never issued. I was then advised they would issue and I would get 1 in another 7 to 10 working days and the voucher was despatched yesterday (12 Oct). I then complained and said they could courier it.Voucher received yesterday..and guess what???? It was only issued Friday 13th Oct, not 12 Oct as I was told and it was a R20 off my next purchase ! Not only do I get faulty produce, I get told buy more products first before you get compensated for the bad products you received initially. This is unacceptable. No RESOLUTION HERE DANONE!!!!
