Bad insurance

I have been begging for them to update the credit bureau or for a paid up letter or for them to simply correct there wrong , No they refused and don’t want to help they had me paying insurance for 3 years for a nonexistent phone they credited me and still it continued they credited again but they still won’t remove the account and update the credit bureau they are bad and will ruin your life . My kids are rejected at school because they have an arrears that don’t exist …customer service doesn’t know how to help either!
