Poor customer service

I bought some seeds from these guys on 14 August. In my opinion, they were dud seeds and there could be many reasons for this, however I have grown many plants and am quite confident the problem was not on my side. I gave feedback to them on 28 October, saying that I thought there was a problem with the seeds as they failed to germinate, making this an expensive failure. I was called by a gentleman (I can't recall his name) who offered to send me some replacement seeds at no cost, which was much appreciated.

After following up a few times on when I'd receive them, he put me in touch with his colleague, Shaun, who said he'd sort it out. It has now been 5 weeks since I gave the feedback and I've given up asking when I'd receive the replacements. Shaun is ignoring me and doesn't respond to my messages anymore.

Generally, just an all round poor and unprofessional customer service experience and if I'd known that I wouldn't receive replacements, I would have made another plan, but now it's late in the season to start an outside grow.

I'd recommend potential customers sticking to the more well know online seeds retailers in South Africa and stay away from Smoking Guns Seeds...
