Basic client etiquette

..so I believe Smokey joes opened a few days ago.I visited lastnight, restaurant fairly busy (not chaotic ).however I need to express my disappointment in their Client service, mannerism and turn around time for food. the lady at the counter answers her mobile and attends to a social conversation, asking for my order after taking it the first time . furthermore the gentlemen that stood next to her verbalised they cannot do special requests like : no onions or ketchup on the burger. Everything is standard ma'am, u must purchase the way it is.i repeat \I MUST\". in my feedback this food outlet lacks Greatly in the areas mentioned above.The end result, it did not bother me have \"great\" the burger was supposed to taste.i requested a refund and opted for plan B. Turn around time of 45min -50min wait for burgers is ridiculous. I hope they attend to areas lacking and stay committed to work."
