No answer at Smoke Restaurant (Hazelwood - Pretoria)

No response to a whatsapp voicenote and two subsequent emails (with a question and comments on our dinner experience at the restaurant ). And then they ask on their menu/website that patrons should give them a chance to improve or respond ?? First of three messages was sent 27 January.
