Would not recommend this company

I have recently tried to build a work relationship between SMME Starter and my company. As to outsource all our compliance registrations to them. They were quick to respond and accept my offer for our companies to work together. However when I sent them work they went quiet. I am unsure at this time if they are *****s as its not been over 3 weeks and I am still awaiting for one of the 4 tasks that I gave on to them to be action-ed. They hardly ever respond. Out of the 30 emails I have sent them to date they have responded 12 times and most of that was in the start when they made all their false promises.

Initially they told me that my request will take 3 days to action... its been over 3 weeks. I understand that issues might arise when dealing with a company like SARS but the feedback is my issue.

I keep making promises to my clients and they keep breaking their word... this has now led to my company taking damage form their lack of business ethics.

I would really not recommend using this firm to anyone as they will shamelessly lie to you and then keep quiet and hope you disappear.
