I received an Email last week from a Debbie ***got, who very professionally sad she could find potential tenants for me , and she would charge half of what the normal Rental Agencies charge.She will also do follow up check & credit checks.She will also sign a lease with the tenant, and handle the deposit on my behalf, <br> The tenant was found by a contact from the flat, she just had to sign a lease & take her R1250 fee,but she pocketed the Entire deposit of R4500 & when I try call her she does not answer my Whatsapp Messages or calls.<br> <br> Her Profile on Linkedin says she worked at Penrent Property Solution,but I called them & they have no record of her working there. <br> Please be careful of this Con Artist & *********.<br> <br>
