Unhappy

We had lunch there this afternoon.

We wanted to order the Lamb Shank but they only had one portion as this was the only meat item on the menu.. I wanted to leave but my fiance insisted I try the Chicken Curry but should have stuck with leaving as I was disappointed in the curry, the chicken was very dry and a McDonald's burger had more flavor than the the curry..The lamb Shank itself had no taste and the sauce that was over it was salty the only thing worth eating on the plate was the roasted potatoes. Fiancé asked me not to make a scene and just pay the Bill and leave..with that limited items on the menu for lunch I expected excellence on a plate but was rather let down.. Nice place they should seriously look at there menu items and quality for the price u are paying R250.00 for curry and R270.00 for a lamb shank I expected more I can buy better food at the N1 City Food Stalls.. not worth the wait, most definitely not eating at Smitten at all..
