FALSE ADVERTISING

This photog****r made a huge mistake with my daughter's pictures and delivered a disk of useless pictures that were grainy, smudged and super low quality. She would not admit to this as a mistake. Her online portfolio showcases awesome pictures which must be someone else's work as she cannot see the problem woth the horrible / unusable pictures she gave us. I threw away the images and gave up on a refund of R1100 after trying to reason with her for 3 weeks.
