Vehicle sold with structural damage and false information

i bought a 2017 Ford ecosport 1.5 TDCi Titanium and when i wanted to trade it in, i was informed the car was in a major accident and is not even worth R60 000 after i paid cash of R160 000 and was told it is still under warranty and had a service plan, i had to replace the gearbox and paid for services as the warranty and service plan is null void, structural damage, when i phoned then they told me the sales person has died and they are not liable, i am waiting for the motor industry ombudsman for a case against them

How can the ncc also declinemy claim? Why did the ombudsman motor industry not issu the R*** fine to the dealer? This country is against the consumer and protecting the ********** dealers,
