Cheating Dealer

I bought a Polo Vivo 2013 with Smithluc Auto. Finance was through ABSA and they said the car was never in an accident and that the car is in good condition.<br> The k's on the car was 37k when i bought it. after few week the car started giving problems i took it up with them and they said they will sort it out and never did. when i took the car for a check, the car is a front smash tie rods is damage, cv joint, V-arm bushes ... the whole front wheels is messed up and they keep the original key and give you a spare key. The steering rack is messed up and theses a leak on the exhaust.<br> <br> I took it up with the bank and the dealer for several times and no is keen on assisting m.. who do I contact for assistance.
