Lazy attorneys in Johannesburg

I have purchased a unit in Tulip Gardens, Seller wanted these guys as attorneys and they took that as granted. They responds to emails when they feel, they register the bonds after 6 months only, i have never heard from any1 guy that they lodged before 6 months period. One of my cousin bought a unit and bond was approved in Nov 2018 and it was registered in July 2019. same with me as well, i have sent a mail about a week ago no response, i have signed this one in Feb 2020 and signed another one in Mar1st 2020 that was handed over to me in June already but this one is still delayed by the transfer attorneys. I suggest never ever go with these guys they are really lazy as they got too many old(dumb) clients.
