WHY DEDUCT AGAIN

My name is Nolusindiso Miranda Mdingi id number ***. You happened to be garnishing from my salary. My problem is on my payslip t was shown that I was finished paying you as it was showing the balance outstanding and it did stop for 2 or 3 months but it started again with another huge outstanding balance. How is that possible because obviously you have given my office the debt balance the first time what are the second deductions for or where does this outstanding balance come from? Please I need clarity.
