Hi<br> <br> I have a nedbank account for I'd no ***. My concern is that we are aware we are over due, but according to ITC the outstanding amount is R14279.00. Last when I requested a statement from you the account stood on over R21000.00, I am aware of your charges that have to be added for handeling the account on behalf of the bank, butt why is the chargers over R9000.00. We also requested a settelment but according to the document we received you only setteled for R18000.00 which we can't afford right now.
