ordered but goods never made now cant get my refund terrible experience

on the 8th of september2017 I payed R1200.00 into smith granite parys account and ordered 4 plates from them, to which they had promised to be finished in 3 days. I waited 5 weeks and did not receive my goods I then cancelled the order and asked for my money back I even had to drive to both vanderbijl park branch and parys, david from Parys keeps lying to me and the owner a white guy is now never available and the white lady promised that she will deposit the money into my account but she also didn't do it. its now the 3rd month and am looking for my money I cant order other plates from someone else cause I don't have the funds smith granite decided they go dictate how I am going to leave my life
