Pathetic Fridge "Repairs" !

There is NO Smith in Smith!!! Robert will arrive in an old Mercedes Benz with a small recharge cylinder, a shifting spanner, and *****drivers.................. He will then report a number of problems, I did not see any test equipment? There is no Call Out Fee but, then you are quoted for repairs and a re-gas at an exorbitant fee, a discount for cash!! You are told you have a 1-YEAR WARRANTY ON REPAIRS. one week later, the fridge does not function again! After numerous calls to ***, and WhatsApp messages, all unanswered, I resorted to e-mail ***. Received a response, they/he promised to come and rectify the problem a week ago and has still not pitched.
