Horrible service from Smith Electricals

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Came to "fix" my washing machine yesterday. Made me pay a huge amount to fix it due to labour (not even 20min work) and a very expensive part that wasn't the problem. Phoned them later yesterday and said I want them to replace the old part and reimburse me and they said the would come today at 11:30. Phoned them at 11:30 and they told me they would phone me back in 2 minutes. I had to call back after 40 min. They said they are checking my address and are on the way. 13:30 now. I've tried to call back four times and they keep on pressing the phone dead. They lack tact and communication. They don't fix the problem with your appliance. After care is non existent. They need to reimburse me for incorrect services rendered.
