WHAT YOU ORDER IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.

I would like to warn customers that this "company" is NOT the local Cape Town business to which it alludes, but rather an On-Line 'shell' that advertises beautiful clothing, shoes and leather goods at high prices, but delivers nasty cheap products from China. It just feels like they are breaking so many laws : firstly they do not have a physical Cape Town address to which one can visit to return goods or lodge a complaint in person; they advertise falsely (the photos of the goods are nothing like what they deliver) and their return and refund Policy (although stated on their platform) is contradictory to the SA Consumer Protection Act Law. Their Return Policy states that the client must return the goods at their own expense... TO CHINA !!! This cost is nearly 3 times as much as the goods you've paid for. So obviously unsatisfied clients (such as myself) will not go through with this ludicrous request. You just know you are being ****med! In their defence, they did reply to my emails, which I appreciate, but there is no room for negotiation. They also 'very considerately' offer you the option of a 20 or 30% refund on your purchase, as well as a discount on your next purchase (as if), if you keep the garbage that you have over-paid for in the first place. Be Warned!
