I ordered a leather bag from Smith Cape Town, after reading about the plight of this Cape Town based husband and wife team who are struggling to keep the business afloat. The bag is yet to arrive. When I query the delivery date, I am reassured that the bag is on its way. I never received a tracking number or order confirmation number. It seems like emails are being answered by AI. I have researched the company and it would appear that this is all a ****. It is so unfair.
