I placed a big order for handbags and shoes from this componay, via their website. I didn't get an email or sms confirmation of the order, as one usually gets. When I queried, I received a response which looks like its AI generated as all subsequent email responses to my queries were similar. I've come across 2 other reviews and it looks like this is a ****. Do we have any recourse in terms of exposing them and getting our money back?
