Smith & Bormann Brokers

Smith & Bormann are brokers for health, insurance and financial services. They are my brokers for medical aid and gap cover insurance . Recently my wife had an operation, and the medical aid was rejecting all the doctors claims stating reasons like "wrong quantities" and "wrong treatment codes", etc. All technical jargon that didn't make any sense to me. I contacted my broker at Smith & Bormann about this, and the person I dealt with took up my case and corresponded many times directly with the medical aid as well as the doctors, until the all invoicing from the doctors were done in an acceptable way for the medical aid to pay. There were short falls in the payments, due to lower medical aid rates and Smith & Bormann sent all my claims for the short falls to my gap cover insurers, until the full amount was paid to the doctors, without me even once having to contact the doctors, the medical aid or the gap cover. I just relaxed while the person working at Smith & Bormann handling my case did all the hard work to sort out my problems.. Excellent service.
