Warn buyers sellers & owners of S&A ethics/methods

I am astounded by the level of incompetence of this Real estate agency. We were contacted by one of their agents to let our property. All was above board till we noticed on the rental contract they take their payment upfront for the full year by taking these amounts from the deposit and the first month's rental. The agent had informed us that Smith Anderson would be taking care of inspections during the year, incoming and outgoing, would tend to our queries and would provide support and service so were willing to continue with the transaction.<br> <br> The following sums up Smith Anderson Realty (/These are excerpts from my letter since there is not enough space to post the whole item./):<br> <br> ***********<br> *********<br> Poor service<br> Slow response<br> Do not respond to calls<br> \they do not deal with matters like this"<br> Portray an image to which they do not live up to.<br> I would like to warn all perspective owners"
