USELESS Smith Anderson Realty

<p>Been using this company and paid them to manage my property they do nothing R16,000 later they did not attend the outgoing inspection i had to ask another company to assist me, i am still waiting for their incoming inspection of the previous tenant i cannot proceed to pay out my tenant without that. They dont reply they did not notify us of changing their phone number or email address. They are just useless took the money and disappeared.</p>
