Scurrilous and ********* estate agent

I used Smith Anderson to rent out my apartment to three tenants. When I went round a few weeks after they moved in, I discovered four living there. Greg Wilson claimed this covered by the lease allowing for four occupants. But that was advised to me by his own firm in case one of the tenant's boyfriends stayed over. When I asked for the entry inspection that Smith Anderson did, Greg told me they couldn't provide it because his servers had been hacked and ransomed. When I asked for pictures, he sent me the same ones I supp****. He then generated a fictitious entry report using three photos taken by a Smith Anderson agent when I contacted his boss Otto Westerweel, who told me to sue them if I want to take it further. Smith Anderson are ************ and *********. They have stonewalled every attempt I've made to address this with them. Use them at your peril.
