another week later and NO response

Att Nadja and Adrian<br> <br> you guys seemed to be a professional lot at the beginning...<br> <br> I wanted to rent a place to stay in Midrand and app**** for rental with a payment of Deposit for R4000 to secure the lease.<br> <br> The deal did not go through because of an apparent blacklisting issue which is understandable.<br> <br> Getting any response from these people from there on has been horrific...<br> <br> I had one email asking me to confirm the R4k deposit from Nadja who then promised that the accounts department would contact me with proof of payment etc... , and that was that...<br> <br> saw a R2.5k deposit on my banking but no email with proof of payment or explanation<br> <br> I kept trying to get hold of Nadja who does not answer her phone or emails since monday 30 march...<br> No Response received here<br> <br> Phoned the Cape Town Head office and spoke to the principal Agent there i think his name was Adrian the first time on Thursday 2nd of April and again yesterday 9th of April who diligently takes my details and promises to respond to me....<br> <br> this even does not happen...<br> <br> this is really heartbreaking as i have not experienced such unprofessional behaviour EVER.<br> <br> Regards<br> Theuns
