Avery angry and dissatisfied client

I settled my Nedbank loan account last week Thursday after being pestered with calls from Smith and smith attorneys. i forwarded them my proof of payment and I was told to call back yesterday for a paid up letter. this morning I call them to request a settlement letter because I need it at work. <br> <br> the agent Doreen told me she would get back to me after confirming the payment.i waited for more that 30min, I even had to call her myself..afterall that trouble, she told me i have to wait for 48 days for a paid up letter. Why woud it take a collections agency 48 days to type a paid up letter? ???
