Smith and Smith Accountants (SA) in Pretoria started with our B-BBEE application last year June 2017 already (the previous company we used does not do B-BBEE anymore). Full payment was made in September 2017 (on their demand, otherwise they would not have finished it) and we even started going through lawyers in January 2018, because we are not hearing anything back from them and they are no help at all (they are not even answering the lawyers). We are also going through other channels at the moment. We need this certificate, because customers that buys thousands of rands in wine wants it and last year October 2017 when we send in the paperwork for the export certificate we used an in process letter and we cannot do it again. This company is no help at all, even though they have been paid in full already. Deon Smith ********** is the CEO that is just suppose to sign off.
