<p>I dont understand why Nedbank use these people as their bond Appliction lawyers. me and my husband went and sign all the documents and paid their fees for them to regster our building loan. and we had already started building. we thought maximum time will be 2 weeks as the guy there told us and promised us, but now it has been more than 3 weeks, even now as im writting this, nothing has happened. we have used all our money to build phase one, now we are stack and desperate to pay the builders coz we thought in two weeks all the bond registeration will be sorted as promised. consultant, her name is Marlette Noordwyk, she is soooo *********** like she doesnt know what she is doing. the worse, we asked her about the progress ans all she can say is "The delay is the fact that this is a building bond with different documents to the usual. " what is the ussual and what makes this unsual bcoz its the normal building loan application. i am sure the are not doing this for the first time. nothing out of ordinary whatsoever. its been more than three weeks and nothing is done, always with the excuses. </p> <p>CAN YOU PLEASE GET THIS DONE, ITS GETTING OUT OF HAND.
