Smirnoff SA service

i bought a 6 pack cans of Smirnoff & found half empty cans. i contacted them but only reached the over seas Smirnoff. they sent through my complaint to the South African section but nobody is getting back to me. it seems they just don't care about quality and helping there clients. The pursches was a waste of money and I'm VERY VERY disappointed in them. They have no customer value.
