Insects found in my Smirnoff storm and red disgusting stuff when you take of the lid

I bought some Smirnoff Storms from the Checkers in Emerentia. I poured most of them down the drain as they all had red stuff all over the top of the bottle that looked disgusting. One of them had some insects in it. I phoned the number on the bottle to complain and they said they would send somebody to collect the left over bottles that I did not throw away and get back to me but they still have not sent anybody. I also want to state that after I got off the phone I realized that not once did they say they would compensate me for my loss or replace the bottles that they where going to take away for testing.
