WARNING! Do not waste your money, the pictures on the websites they advertise on is not a true reflection on how cabins and resort looks like.

This was TERRIBLE!!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW A RESORT CAN MAKE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE BY RENTING OUT SUCH PLACE TO SLEEP OVER IN. The cabin we slept in was not cleaned before we checked in, in fact it was not cleaned in MONTHS as spider webs and spiders(hundreds of spiders peeling out everywhere) were all over the place, when we brought this under reception's attention we were given another tin of doom and we told not to worry about the spiders as they are not poisonous!!(that's not the point!!) bedding was dirty with dead spiders in the bedding. the braai was in teriible state, full of wholes, we were given a broken chair outside with the table full of ****** poo. The cabin inside was dirty dirty dirty, oil stains against the walls the floors had a thick layer of dust and the shower does not have a curtain so all the water runs in the bedroom like a river. The fridge does not open or close properly. This was disgusting!!!! The pool I used to know had clear waters and the whole place was neat and maintained, this was a total shock to see how this place went down due to mismanagement. The pool water so dirty, you cannot see the bottom of the pool, they use blue coloring to colour the water , This was a disgrace to see as we always used to visit this place a few years ago.

They say you get what you pay for, I'm sorry, I have visited places where there was 150% more quality and service for R990 per night!!!! You should be ashamed of ripping people off like this!!!

Best of all, management is too busy to attend to complaints as they have 1000 people on site, so they don't care about this 1 unhappy customer as they are too busy making money out of 1000 other people. It's PATHETIC!!!
