Unreliable Resort

Let me give you a warning about Smilin Thru Resort Parys!!! We have booked and paid our deposit 9 January for the River lodge. Our book in date is tomorrow 24 December, these people are so unprofessional they do not phone you, do not respond to phone calls or messages. They send me an email 2 days before my book in date telling me they moving me to a stand that I have not booked and do not want! I have confirmed numerous times if my booking is secure, I even confirmed again on 23 November and they still confirmed all is in order! How can they just change a booking?? I will not recommend this resort at all!! I will go public to warn everyone about this resort!!
