NOT SMILING THRU AS I WAS ****** OF MY DEPOSIT MONEY AT SMILIN THRU RESORT. YOU PAY CASH BUT THE RESORT DEPOSIT 7 DAYS LATER

<p>Good day. </p> <p>i have booked a family in the Smilin' thru Chalets on 16 - 18 September. i paid the key deposit in cash. when we checked out i was told that te money will be deposited in a weeks time, i enquired why was that since i paid cash, however i gave them the banking details. it is over a week and only today 27 September i recived only R150 of the R650 i paid. i called several times enquiring about the balance all they could say is that i will get an invoice stating what i owe. they mentioned a broken window which none knows nothing about it. we checked out on time and cleaned all the rooms and washed the dishes but now i cant get my deposit back.</p> <p> </p> <p>i asked their manager to inspect the venue before we departed and they said they only check at a later stage.</p> <p> </p> <p>how do i account on things that happened between 18 September and 27 September in my absentia</p> <p> </p> <p>your assistance will be appeciated</p> <p> </p>
