Money ****

I booked for a festival that was going to take place end of September. Harvestmoon festival. A few days before the date of festival there was a facebook notification that it was canceled. No explanation given.They said refunds in 30 days. Was promised a refund.We did 2 separate bookings R1400 each.Only received 1 refund.No reply to emails,messages and no return phone calls.Now they are advertising events again.Where did my money go?
