Doesn't want to pay back deposit

<p>My friends were there at Smiling Thru Resort in Parys December 2016 till 2 Januarie 2017 and when we phoned today about the R800 Deposit they said they are not going to pay back the deposit due to them leaving the premisis after 12 due to a flat tyre, but they gave the keys in and was out the chalet before 12. this is unfair and not right and they are *****ing money from people.</p>
