they cost me 600 with faulty keys

Early dec i cut keys and left town. Key was working fine for a while but then on 24 dec it jammed in the middle of joburg at 6pm. I called someone to help and he said the key was wrong. He took the drum out so i could cut new keys. The key person also said it was the wrong key. When i went bakc to smiley keys the manenenenenager/ owner, im not sure , said he takes no responsibility it was normal wear and tear and i should have ph him so he could fix it. I did not even think of ph a pta person to come. I did not know what was wrong. If i did of course i would have. He was rude and said he anyway is old friends with hello peter. I suggest no one uses him until he changes his attitude
