To whom it may concern , laying a complaint against Smiley kids Linden · 81 Malibongwe Drive, 2194 Linden

The first time I registered I honestly thought Smiley kids linden it was a good nursery school as a first time mother , when I went for an induction I was I told lies by the headmaster that they only take ten toddler and the rest of the babies can be up to 30 babies, form that point of time o thought the headmaster was indeed tell the whole truth , she goes by the name of Jansen , she even told me that they had cameras for incase a parent is not satisfied and if you would like a footage , you will be given immediately with no hesitations. At that time of induction with the headmaster I had advised them of my bay that she has a very sensitive skin and suffers a lot form eczema, and to advise her teacher of hygiene at all times .

As a new cautious mom , I would pack my babies toys and advise all the teachers to make sure they get the toys wiped and packed in the bag to avoid having them all over the place at crèche, which the headmaster agreed to it . every time in the afternoon I would unpack my baby’s bag I would find toys missing , and when I ask the teachers they denied only to find they just live the toys on the floor and give to my child the next day to play with as dirty as they were. The headmaster **** and told me of she is going to bring to the teachers attention , they still repeated with giving us a wrong filthy blanket which I believe they were laying my baby to sleep with it . My baby then started having a very terrible infection on her face when I asked the teacher by the name of Dorcus she then justified herself with teacher Bianca by saying they though it was my babies blanket , then again the infection on the face started getting worse because of reckless teacher who are ******** and careless . the next morning after I raised this to the headmaster I greeted the teacher as I was dropping my baby off , none of them responded , this personally means they were having grudges on myself and my baby too.

I saw from that day that its true , cheap labor cant be trusted at all. Having a headmaster protecting employees who are not even dedicated is **** , now that we are talking about our babies who look up to them to take good care of them only to find they are just there to get paid and not provide good services to our babies. I have laid a lot of complains to the headmaster about communication. On the 04 April my baby returned with all the foods that I have packed for her , they all **** telling me stories that they fed my baby when I asked for a footage , the headmaster Jansen changed the story that its cant be issued if the baby is not being abused , according to my understanding everykid has a right to being fed if not that will be abusing the child …. I trusted that my baby was safe in their hands only to find its not only my baby that’s being abused , even other babies whose parents are not aware they being abused especially by teacher Bianca , who once left a child to cry after a child knocked themselves mistakenly with a chair teacher Bianca just starred at that child crying harder as I was there to pick up my baby …. Teachers at Smiley kids Linden · 81 Malibongwe Drive, 2194 Linden including the headmaster are selfish, heartless and careless and ******** . pretending as if they are doing the right thing only to find they are just bluffing parents as if they love our babies …..

Can I ask that I get the footage for the 15th of February 2022 and the 04th and 05th April 2022, before I take further steps with taking this to court.
