Being charged for services you don't require

Firstly I received an invoice with full month charge for transport and when I queried why we are being charged for a full month yet they will be attending school for 7 days. Then I took it up with Smiley Kids headoffice and they promised to call the principal. Then I was informed that I will be charged a daily fee. So we decided to drop them and pick them up ourselves. Today when I was paying fees for one of my sons I was informed I still need to pay the aftercare fees for my other son who goes to a different school because I didn't serve notice and still have to pay full month. This is a total *******!!!
