Smiley Kids Sandton

The owner of Smiley Kid Sandton is an extremely rude individual, with Karen-like tendencies and who believes she owns the road and the public walkway, recently approached my minor children ,who had been dropped off at their school stop outside her school, and tried to intimidate them stating that it is not a stop (as if the kids have any control over the bus route). She also then went on to state to my children that she is going to erect barriers to make sure that the bus couldn't stop there. It is terrifying to me, to think people entrust their children to this so called "educator" who attempts to intimidate children when she really should be approaching adults with her issues. When I attempted to speak to her to explain that it is a designated bus stop, the rude way she behaved toward me made me even more concerned for how she must behave toward children.
