Unreliable and waist your time!

Completely unreliable service. Requested them to assist with a faulty lock on a front door, which does not want to open. Day 1 - Phone them in the morning...they will come today...phones me an hour later with a quote which I accept....ok they will phone me 2 hours later to confirm time...never hear from them again. Day 2 - phone them again...sorry did not get to it & PC updated....send them photos of lock on request...ok will come today....4 hours later receive call...quote now more than doubled and will not be able to assist today. Suggest I phone someone else to assist. Request to speak to the owner...he is too busy to speak to me. Rather go to someone else from the start!
