Rude Lady at Reception

I've referred a friend to Smile2Wow for her dental care. She's been waiting for her aligners for long bare in mind that after braces, you're forced to wear aligners. No one can explain why the aligners are nit back yet. I called the lady today. Her attitude stinks because she's not scared to keep quiet while you're asking her questions. Only after asking to be transferred to someone else, she starts talking. What is that if it's not rudeness? I hate myself for doing referrals anyway, I am still waiting for the same lady to send me a quote since last year August the 12th. We will wait for her attitude to change before calling the Horizon View Branch again Mayne that's how she runs that business who knows.
