Worst Place to Rent From Ever!!!

<p>Our story started a little less than a year ago, when we moved into Scarlet Park in Centurion. On the date of moving in, we arrived the afternoon only to find the current tenants that were supposed to be out but we found 4 toddlers watching TV, On the couch, **** cooking food etc...apparently they were never informed on the date they had to move out. After a major struggle to get hold of Smile Property Group and our agent there was a great struggle and bad words thrown and eventually at 21:30 whils waiting for the people to move out, we could move in. Putting the people who brought our furniture from 200km away lives in risk as they had to dirve back to their farm which can't be left unattended - STRIKE 1!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Struggle to get contractors to come fix the house, agent cant give a confirmation date up to 1 day before the contractors are coming to our flat to fix the place up. Contractor came to fix the place up. Did a **** poor job at it. Give me the tools, i could've done it better myself. STRIKE 2!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The roof of a room in the flat had a bad leak, and the rain was pouring in over the summer time. Night After night. No sleep, just mopping away water. Buckets helped a bit, but at the rate of going back and forth emptying them it just wasn't worth it. Smile Properties once again came to send a **** poor at his job contractor and sealed up the roof...barely! Now it's 3 months later, the water is just less but still comes through and the ceiling board is rotting. STRIKE 3!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The toilet has sprung a leak since last week, I esclated this error today and mailed. No repsonses. Phones not being answered even on the Cellphones. STRIKE 4!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>All this has been reported on numerous times, countless Rands worth of airtime to resolve and typing mind-numbing emails back and forth which a Grade 2 learner could have resolved easier. It's 03/06/2016 today, I sent a mail this morning at about 07:00, no response yet and not even an acknowledgement of it being received.</p> <p>Smile Property Group is Useless!! And i would not recommend anyone to make use of their services, should you, don't expect any loyalty or customer service. As long as the rent is being paid every month.
