Steeling our Money and Horrible Service!!!

<p>From the very first day we had a horrible experience with this property group. From lies that someone else is also interested to you have you have to pay the deposit immediately etc. After paying the deposit to secure the place they did nothing to help us at all. Eventually i managed to get the owner of the properties number whom was always willing to assist. They Started giving us fines for complaints without even asking our side of the story once. When we stated we wanted to end our lease they arranged for people to come and look at the house without even pitching up and leaving us to show the new clients the house. Now they want to deduct as much as possible from our deposit as there are according to them allot of repairs that needed to be completed. To top it all off the paid my deposit or whatever was left into my bank account with R250.00 less than what they stated on email. This agency is horrible and i strongly advise anyone to never ever use them as all they see is Money money money and you get no assistance out of them. </p>
