Smile Property service and client service is bad, Stay away from them

We are renting from Smile Property for close to 5 years and never had a problem, about two years ago we made arrangement that we pay the rent by the 5th as we are at different banks and I pay out of my bank. It all went well till a year ago, now every month we get late payment fees ans lawyer fees. If we phone them to talk to them we get shouted on and the phone is put down in our ear.

I will advise people to stay away away from them.
